Premier CAAP Individual Retirement Custodial Account.In accordance with the terms of Article IX Section 9.08 of the Roth Individual Retirement Custodial Account Agreement (the “Roth IRA Agreement”) or Article IX Section 9.08 of the Traditional Individual Retirement Custodial Agreement (the “Traditional IRA Agreement”) , and based on a request from Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. (“Cambridge”), BMO Harris N.A. (“BMO”) the current Custodian, hereby provides written notice to you of its resignation as Custodian of your individual retirement account as of the close of business, November 30, 2016 At the request of Cambridge, BMO hereby appoints Matrix Trust Company (“Matrix Trust”) as successor Custodian. Matrix Trust has acknowledged its willingness to serve as successor Custodian of your individual retirement account. Matrix Trust is a Colorado state-chartered non-depository trust company, regulated by the State of Colorado, Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Banking, and is a trust member of the National Securities Clearing Corporation.Matrix Trust hereby gives notice of its intent to amend the terms of the Roth IRA Agreement or Traditional IRA Agreement, as applicable, effective upon Matrix Trust’s commencement as custodian.
